Spam product for Exchange 5.5

Can anyone recommend a anti-SPAM product that is reasonably priced for a
small business with less than 70 mailboxes. Running Exchange 5.5 sp4 on NT 4
sp 6a.
I have setup ISA server as our firewall for internet access. But
have not completed my education on how to pass/relay our email through it to
Exchange 5.5
