There are a number of benefits of using a 3rd party to handle this. 


These include:

Multiple MX records

You server hid from the Internet

JunkMail and Virus scanning processes off loaded from your server
(Distributing work load)

Dedicated configuration and updates
(Work off your shoulders)


This is a very cost effective and reliable option.

I am running exchange 5.5 sp4 on nt4 sp6a. We receive hundreds of junk mails
on adult contents. Can someone suggest me a good software to block them.
