We use Mail Marshal and are very happy with the results.

There are a few options. For inexpensive, you might look at open relay

filter:

http://www.vamsoft.com/orf/

Only $25 per server. We are just now looking at it for some small shops.

Here, we use xwall.

Have had it running for about 9 months with very good results.

I think the most popular option, but the higher price of the three is

mailessentials by GFI

http://www.gfi.com/mes/

They do offer a free - watered down version of mailessentials, and

everything I have heard about it has been positive.

Subject: [exchangelist] Spam Filter

http://www.MSExchange.org/

I'm sure this has been asked before, but since it didn't seem a big issue at
our site, I only skimmed the replies.... but, what is everyone using for SPAM
filtering on Exchange 2000?

Have been using Symantec Exchange 3.0 with the content filter and it's not
doing the best job according to some users....

Any thoughts on the subject are appreciated!

Thanks!
