I'd like to thank everyone for their help and suggestions in solving this problem. However, the award for best suggestion goes to Chand Deshwal (see below) for his suggestion to replace the explorer.exe file. It worked! I was able to get in to the W2K server's admin share on the C: drive from an NT4 machine over our network and rename the explorer.exe file. Before I could even copy in a new explorer.exe file from another location, the OS replaced the file with a fresh copy automatically. Thanks again Chand! Generally, SP4 shouldn't have made any changes to the startup configuration. Access the machine's system drive from other machine on the network and rename the existing explorer.exe and then copy the same from other machine. Good Luck! Does anyone have a suggestion for how I can fix this? Goal: To uninstall OWA, then reinstall OWA. Problem: I uninstalled OWA successfully. Then I re-applied SP4 for Exchange 5.5 successfully. Then I restarted the server (I wasn't prompted to but I thought I should to be safe). Now I can't get past the Windows Login screen! I enter my login info, hit enter, and it looks like it's accepted (it says "loading personal settings" and plays the Win2K startup sound file) but then it goes right back to the Welcome to Windows screen! Its really weird! I have tried logging on locally instead of onto the domain and I've tried using accounts other than Administrator but the same thing happens. By the way, the Exchange services appear to be running okay but I still can't login myself. Also I can't find any info on this problem on the MS website.
