Soka|defrag cycle

Hello All,
We just finished doing offline defrag (ESEUTIL /d /p) on our mailbox stores
after implementing storage limits. Do any shops out there do a defrag on any
regular time interval? We were guessing 1/quarter during our regular
maintenance down time.
We are Exchange 2003, Windows Server 2003. FE-2xBE shop.
