Subject: Soka|Exchange and Outlook mail size <>

Hi All,

The Exchange user storage figure does not match what Outlook shows
(and Outlook seems to be right). Within Exchange System Manager,
looking at "mailboxes" view for a mailbox store, a email user "Size(K)"
shows 71,344. She can not send mail as she is over the 40,000KB storage
limit send restriction. However Outlook shows about 5M total including
folders for server storage. She said this started when she tried to
send an mail greater than our 5MB limit. Any suggestions on fixing the
storage size?

   Versions: Exchange 2003, Outlook 2003

Thanks, Robert
