Our goal is offer greater mail storage to users and eliminate psft files. We like the approach that leaves a pointer, or "short cut", to the archived email; and works with Outlook and OWA. Our initial list of vendor/product are: Zantac's EAS, H&S's exchange@PAM, C2C's Archive One Policy. (Commvault, Veritas and Legato have not gotten back to me).
