Make sure your virus scanning is not looking at Exchange folders per many readme's. Check what resources Store.exe is taking in Task manager on Exchange server. Look at DNS issues already advised in another e-mail. Checking WINS server on PC's may also help. ........so many different places to look. NIC speed on PC's, cabling issues.
