Sharing Personal Calendar

Dear Experts.

The issue is that I need to share the Manager Personal calendar with his
secretary, so that the secretary could manage his appointments.

I have done the following:

I shared the calendar and gave the necesary permissions to the secretary

when we checked the secretsry outlook, we find a message in the secretary
Inbox which is correct.

but our problem that the message does not contain the "ACCEPT" Tab.

How can I solve this problem

Note: our setup is:
Exchange 2000, and Outlook2000, and the client is Windows98
