Did something similar once.

Something like
1 - create permissions on everyone's calendar
2 - Right-click and hold calendar (in folder view in OL2003) and drag
onto desktop and do copy here.
3 - create a shared folder on the server called 'Calendars' and get
everyone to move the shorcut created to your new folder
4 - Just doulbe click on the calendar of choice and there you go.

Subject: [exchangelist] Sharing Calendars

Hi all,

Our manager wants everyone in our department to be able to view each
others calendars. What is the best way to do this. I know we can share
our calendar individually, but how can we view everyone's calendar at a
central location without having to go to the File Menu and choose
Open...Other User's folder??
