Server reboots on connecting thru Terminal

Hi All,
We are using Exchange 2000 Server. Recently we have upgraded the server
with latest patches of Microsoft. The problem we have started facing is
that whenever we try to connect to the Exchange Server thru Terminal
Server client the server gets rebooted automatically.
Please help me resolve this issue as this is the only Exchange Server in
our organisation. Need some urgent help.
