Hi Vijay

You don't need to create a second policy, this will not work, as Exchange
looks for a policy that meet the filter criteria and applies that, and then
does not move on to evaluate any further policies.

You should add the second address to your existing recipient policy.

i want to add another mail address using my recipient policy i have DNS/ MX
record in place and if i add manually second SMTP address my mail flow is
working properly.
but i want to automate this process.i added second policy but this does not
generate second mail address automatically. so am i doing wrong or there is
some other way to do...????

Thanks In Advance,

Download of messages will be slower.

No need to stop/restart.

I plan to increase the Limit message size for incoming emails (currently

at 4mb, probably will take to 8mb). Any ramifications? Will I need to

stop/restart any services after the change?

Thanks in advance.
