Send not recive

you say it worked before, before when, what has changed?
when you attempt to telnet, does it error immediately or take some time
before you get the error message?
are you behind a firewall? in which case have you confirured the
bridgehead
server
have you recently applied SP3 for exchange 2K, and can you roll it back?

Thanks for all response of every one.
Well i fix the problem, but i still dont get it to work to recive emails
I can only send but not recive, i have gone throu every part and detail of
exchange to se if i forgot something... but it still wont work. I guess it
is becuase i cant connect to port 25 via telnet throu mi ip adress.
but i can ping it without a problem.
Sow what could be the problem? This is really head knocking. :-)
Any experts have an idea? Mark Fuggatt?
