Hi!
Yes, I use Exchange 2003.
If I try to start secure POP3 virtual server I get the following warning
message (EventView):

Source: POP3Svc
Event-ID: 1036
Type: Warning
An error occurred while starting the Microsoft Exchange POP3 Service:
server instance number 2 failed to start with error 0x800cc801.
