Secure Info in GAL

Hello,
Running Ex2K on Win2k server.  Right now have simple GAL with email
address.  Would like to add phone numbers, address, etc. to the GAL.  I
want all users to access the email address in the GAL, but only certain
users to access the other information.  Is it possible to add security
to the information?
