percentage points for misspelling my teacher's name.
Sorry, off topic. I would suggest PGP as well. You can also check
download.com for some shareware encryption programs that work over
Outlook.

I have a question for you.
I have some administrators (Superintendent, and Business manager) that
send confidential email messages to other people.
Is there anyway or software that can encrypt the messages and would
require the end users to use a password to view the message.
A couple of times, the Superintendent sent a email with sensitive
information on it, to the wrong person. I would like to make his
messages encrypted so nobody can read them.
