Well, these is a messy option and that is to use the FINDSTR utility to
locate the messages in ExIFS and then you could script the export, but I
would not recommend this.
So, I think the only way without a third-party solution would be to use
Outlook.

Yes, the keywords are in the body. So the only option without using a 3rd
party app is to use outlook then?

It really depends on where the keyword is, if its in the subject then you
could use Exmerge, if you want to search the body of the message then its
not so simple and I think you would need a third-party product to do that,
like one of these:

I'm using exchange 2000. I'm wondering if there is a way to search for
emails in the information store with a few particular key words in them.
Then export them to a pst. I guess I could use outlook to search the
necessary mailboxes, but it seems like there would be an easier way to do
this on the server. Thanks.
