STORE.EXE Memory problem on exchange 2k

Hello all!
WE are running Win SBS 2000 on a Netinfinity 5000, 1.3 Gb RAM, exchange
sp3, it takes all the memory unitl freez the machine.
Is there any way of fixing it or limitate the memory use like SQL?
