I do get a bounce message:

      Exchange Tester (E.T) on 6/8/2006 7:00 PM
            A configuration error in the e-mail system caused the
message to bounce between two servers or to be forwarded between two
recipients.  Contact your administrator.
            <mail.anchorsign.com #4.4.6>

Any further advice would be greatly appreciated by this exchange newbie.

Do you get any postmaster message ?

Are both clusters on the same lan, without any firewall between ?
is your test user in the GAL ?
