Mail Marshal comes with predefined text censor scripts that can be edited and tweaked. We've had MM in front of our Exchange box for about 30 days and it has removed approximately 13,000 pieces of spam - we only have 75 users - I knew there was a problem with the amount of spam coming in, but I didn't realize it was this excessive. Check their web site, its fairly detailed on what it can do. -----Original Message----- From: Periyasamy, Raj [mailto:Raj.Periyasamy@xxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, September 18, 2002 9:07 AM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] RE: SPAM FIltering Exchange 2K http://www.MSExchange.org/ Bret, Does mail marshal need manual definition of filtered text, or does it have its own library ? What is your success rate in blocking spams with mail marshal ?
