Its because you have no Reverse DNS zone configured on your public DNS server for your domain, AOL and a number of other companies perform a reverse lookup on all incoming mail and if they cannot find a reverse lookup zone they reject the message, so you have two options: 1. get someone to configure a reverse DNS zone for your domain 2. Create an SMTP connector with the address space of AOL.COM and have it send the mail out via a SmartHost that does have a reverse DNS zone configured (i.e. your ISP).
