You violate thier security policy for one reason or another, like;
Your on an RBL
You sent an image such as a gif or jpg and they don't allow them
You sent a multimedia file they don't allow
Your email had a word or phrase in it they don't allow
etc..
Contact them to find out a solution.

Please let us know the possible solution.
