I had an issue this morning with some emails being delivered and others were not. I looked at the queue and one was stuck on a job from the 27th. I froze this queue. Question 1: How can I avoid finding this out "the hard way" in the future? Question 2: How can I permanently delete the queue from the list vs. the frozen mode? Question 3: Is there a way to prioritize this queue, so I can make one queue go ahead of another? Is it Force Connection? Thanks ahead of time...
