You can only manage exchange objects on a computer where the exchange
system management tools have been installed.

Generally speaking, that means use them on the exchange server.

OK thats excellent. Just one problem, I've created a user on the PDC,
however I don't get any exchange settings on that machine. Do I need to
create some sort of relationship between the PDC (for parent and child
domain) and the exchange server?
