Rule Based on Name of Attachment

Hi
Does any one know if it is possible to create a rule based on the name
of an attachment. Our AV software turns virus messages into attachments
called AvScanReport.Txt. It would be nice to have these automatically
sent to the trash or the junk mail folder. But I cant find an option to
trigger a rule based on the name of the attachment
