Restriction viewing of public folder to ONE MACHINE

Hi All,

Does anyone know how I can restrict viewing of a public folder to just one
machine? (So that anyone who sits at that machine can only view the public
folder.) So, we would like this single public folder only viewable by a
person sitting at that particualr networked machine, i.e, \\jaredhock

Any ideas?
