Restrict user to only send to internal.

I am sure this has been covered, but so far I have not found it.
How do you limit an internal Exchange mailbox-enabled user to only send to
addresses on the same domain?
Example, joe@xxxxxxxxxxx which is a user in the example.moc domain should
only be allowed to send e-mail to users in the example.com domain.
