Tim, if you didn't see it already, check out the doc that comes with
Exmerge.  It talks about how to specify folders, copy data, merge data, etc.
if you want to do it direct.  If not, it also shows how to export to an
alternate mailbox or a pst.
You should be able to specify just the calendar and specify a copy or other
via the GUI.  You may want to put it into a sub-folder for the user and have
them grab whatever data they want and delete the rest.
