Restore to Recovery Group

I did a restore from tape using Veritas to the Recovery Storage Group.
Started it last night and then this morning found out everyone had
duplicate email and addresses.  I did not intend for the restore to
automatically merge with the production database.

Any quick methods for cleaning up my users mailboxes and contacts.  They
have only about 20 users.
