Lori, would you happen to have documentation how you do that? I'm running Exchange 5.5, and have been assigned this sort of task as well. I'm fairly new to Exchange, and am having difficulties understanding how to make this viewable to the entire company. Thanks. They can go to the calendar and see if it is available. -----Original Message----- From: Mike Thompson [mailto:Mike_Thompson@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, February 05, 2002 2:57 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] Resources in exchange 2000 http://www.MSExchange.org/ I am learning exchange 2000, and need to know how to setup rooms that people can schedule for meetings in exchange 2000.
