Hi,
Don't know if this will help but we have boardrooms setup in Public folders
for each meeting room, so users are able to go in there and book the rooms
at specified times.

Regards

Subject: [exchangelist] Resource usage in exchange

 Hi guys,

I am having a little problem here and I would crave your help. I need to
have a boardroom as a resource in exchange. What I mean is this. I want
people to have access to the boardroom they should be able to see the
boardroom as a resource in the address list and book it from there.
Does anyone know how to do that, it could be achieved easily with lotus
notes, but I don't know how far with exchange.
Thanks
