So you likely have the RUS as well on that machine. You'll want to follow
the 'How to remove the first Exchange 2000 server kb' to be sure you move
the first server stuff off. Otherwise, it's just move the users, folders,
RUS, SMTP traffic to the new server and go (high-level).

When you say you want to remove it, do you still have users on it? Public
Folders?

Is it the first server in the organization? It's own AG?

The steps are dictated by the answers to those questions.
