Hi Amit
Stop all the services in Exchange 5.5
Remove all connectors in Exchange 5.5 and configure new conncetor in your
Exchange 2003
Change you MX record to newly created Exchange Server 2003
If you are not using Exchange 5.5 in future you can unistall it
