Why would you want to do this?

Donavan,
From very recent experience...... Uncheck the "Allow all computers
which
successfully
authenticate to relay, regardless of the list above." This allows
relaying
problems for you.

Have you tried another user sending to the same address?
Ken

Subject: [exchangelist] Relay permissions error ...

http://www.MSExchange.org/

I'm getting the following error from a user inside of our e-mail system.
This is the first time I've had a problem like this at this company with
this setup and I'm a little baffled at why I'm getting the error.

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject: various
      Sent: 10/6/2003 9:19 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

      email@xxxxxxxxxxx on 10/6/2003 9:19 AM
You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For
assistance, contact your system administrator.
            <server.domain.local #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 Unable to relay
for email@xxxxxxxxxxx>

I tracked the email and it started outbound transfer of the message but
then a NDR was generated. I'm running Exchange 2003. I've double
checked the relay settings on the SMTP virtual server and "Only the list
below" is checked as is "Allow all computers which successfully
authenticate to relay, regardless of the list above." Any help is
appreciated!
