Relay denied..

Dear All,
I need your help because I've a problem sending mails only to accounts
in our other company. I can send mail to any other domains but when I
send an email to this domain it shows me the following
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: test
Sent: 9/2/2003 9:03 AM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
cpm@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx on 9/2/2003 9:04 AM
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's
email server. Please contact your system administrator.
<mail.crescat.com #5.5.0 smtp;550 <cpm@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>,
Recipient unknown>
To my knowledge this is due to Relay restriction, but I setup my SMTP
settings according to the exchange documents and I can send to any other
domains. What cause the problem? From my side or other side!
I'm using E2K SP3, W2K SP4. I did not change any thing in recipient's
policy and others.
Please help..!
