Go to www.dnsreport.com and check the "open relay" section.
Also, you can use http://www.abuse.net/relay.html to test your server.

Hi everyone, I seem to be having a problem. I recently registered a
secondary domain name, and would like to use it for incoming mail. I have
setup the proper recipient policy for the users that will be using this
domain, however, when I try to send to this domain, I get an unable to relay
error. MX records are all correct etc. The only way to get this to work is
to change my mail connector settings, remove the wildcard and add both our
AD domain and the new domain and enable relay for these domains. It works,
but I am concerned about open relay, is there any other way of doing this
that anyone knows, or is this secure? Thanks - Marc
