Hello jithendranath,
I am doing a migration from lotus notes to exchange.
Doing it with csv isn't enough, because you will have to do it after every add/remove users.
The best is to use the lotus connector from MS to keep both diretory in sync.
You should install a new exchange server (even on small hardware), and then install the lotus connector.
By the way, this connector has been updated 3 days ago.
With the connector, all exchange users can see all lotus one and vice versa.
If you add the calendar connector, they can see free/busy of users in the other mail solution.
cheers,
Mathieu CHATEAU
