Redirecting error messages...and getting more verbose ones?

Exchange 2000 is new for me so please bear with me. As the new
administrator here I'm curious is there a way to redirect all error
messages that all users recieve related to sending emails to me? So if a
user is dealing with undeliverable messages related to the Klez virus,
etc., they don't have to see them? The second question relates to the
default undeliverable message. It's so generic, and when you send out
mail via a distribution list, the undeliverable doesn't really say WHICH
of email addresses it had problems delivering to. I'd appreciate any
suggestions. Thanks.
