In recovery mode?  What steps did you take to rebuild the mailbox?  Is the
client in cached mode?

After rebuilding a users mailbox in Exchange 2003, when the user opens
Outlook 2003, a message says "Exchange is in recovery mode."  Does anyone
know how to change it so Exchange runs normally?
