Recipient Policy updated after long days

Dear Admins,
First I setup my domain name as abc.local and after that I
changed my domain name as abc.com in Recipient policy. Any then I forcely
updated my Recipient policy. But for some reason it was not updated. After
long days now the recipient policy updated. I don't know why it is taking
too much of time to update! Is I miss some thing. Any help would be
greatly appriciated. Thanks in advance.
