Be sure that there is an external MX record in DNS for your second
domain name that you have added. A great site to check this is
http://www.dnsreport.com It should report that it can find a valid MX
record for this domain. If it doesn't then you will have to add the
record from your DNS provider or DNS management client. Also another
issue is that someone forgets to add the second domain name if you are
using an appliance or inbound "non exchange" gateway.

We have Exchange 2000. I added a recipient policies for another company
we have. @domain2.com. I add a new email address to my account in
active directory. me@xxxxxxxxxxx and but I'm only getting the local
test emails. Nothing from the outside. I emailed my self from my yahoo
account and didn't receive anything and I didn't get anything back from
my yahoo account. Any suggestions?
