I have 3 mail databases. I have setup 2 recipient policies for each database. One of these moves mail older than a certain age to deleted items then the other policy empties the deleted items folder. The priority of these goes as follows:
store 1 delete priority 3
store 1 move priority 4
store 2 delete priority 5
store 2 move priority 6
store 3 delete priority 7
store 3 move priority 8
When i get the report for Mailbox manager, only the delete policies are working. I have changed flipped the priorities around to see if that make a difference but I have not tested that yet. Can you only have one policy per database? If so, does anyone have any ideas on how to do what I am trying to do here?
