Recieving error msg

hi
we are using exchange 2000 with sp3. when the users
try to access their mail thru owa they recieve a error
msg " The Service Is No Longer Available".
after saying ok they are able to send and recieve
their mail smoothly whithout any problem.
how can this error msg be stopped from coming.
