Receiving mail

Hello All,
Instead of forwarding a mail to another address, how can we setup an
incoming mails to go to the two users in exchange server 2003.
For Ex: My email address is i_sureshbabu@xxxxxxxxxxxx what ever emails are
coming to this address automatically make a copy to another user like
suresh12@xxxxxxxxxxxx It means same mail has to come two users
If it is possible how can i set up in exchange server 2003
