RPC over HTTP problem (ncacn_http not detected)

Hello,
I am having a problem making RPC over HTTP to work in my network setup. I
have 2 servers, one with DC\AD\DNS and the other with Exchange\IIS 6.0
with RPC over HTTP proxy installed. I have followed many of the
deployment guide and advises to no avail.
I used rpcdump /i to find if the ncacn_http protocol is responding to the
corresponding ports and all of them are not working. Every other nc
protocols are working fine. I also used Portqry and port 593, 6002, and
6004 are listening but their local and romote IP are all 0 with weird port
numbers on the remote IP in the ranges above 10,000.
I am hoping someone with this similar problem or any advice toward this
problem can please help me. Thank you in advance for any help and advice.
