Is there any way for this SMTP connector to connect to this relay and send mail
like an email client (outlook express)
The only way for my Exchange server to send to aol.com, is if I use a mail
client and use mail.bellsouth.com as the SMTP server, other wise, aol.com
doesn't accept messages from dynamic or residential IP's.

Sure, just set up a SMTP connector for it, set the address space so
that SMTP addreses from domain.com are relayed thru smart host [10.0.0.2] for
an example. The IP must be within brackets, unless you use a DNS name.

My Exchange server normally uses DNS to send out mail. Is it possible
to have it forward all messages for a specific domain though a separate RELAY
server?
