Sure, just set up a SMTP connector for it, set the address space so that SMTP
addreses from domain.com are relayed thru smart host [10.0.0.2] for an example.
The IP must be within brackets, unless you use a DNS name.

My Exchange server normally uses DNS to send out mail. Is it possible to have
it forward all messages for a specific domain though a separate RELAY server?
