So, just so I'm clear this is a solution to workaround the process of
backup/restore testing???

You can sync 3gb folders, but I agree it would initially be painful. For
initial connection, why not put them on a wired connection and then wireless
from there out? Or maybe break the folders up to a more reasonable size
each (I'm guessing that they don't need to look at 3gb of data each time,
but rather use a smaller sub-set of that. That said, see my question
above.)

No, just trying to make it less serious than it appears. If you start
talking too serious here some people may think that you're rude or something
;)

I can't, the folders are too big. Some department's public folder reach 3gb.
If I synch these fellas, thru 11mbps wireless connections, ack!!!

All that because the ladies from management didn't want any cables attached
to their laptops (except for the power cords) and didn't want to break walls
and put conduits, cables, etc.

Tiago could instruct his users to enable the important Public Folders as
favorites, which could then be configured to be cached as well. In a
similar event, Tiago's users could still get to their data.

Does Tiago always refer to himself in the third person (sorry, had to ask)?
