You should to use the OWA with SSL.
Login and password are sent across network on the validation process.
Only integration mode, Owa doesn't send login and password, but the externally 
user (internet) needs be authenticate in your network.

I would like to know what do I have to configurate for a client not to send 
his login and password in plain text, when using Outlook web access.
