Any known issues? How about lost mail?

I'm very familiar with CA's BrightStor High Availability Manager. It's
basically a service that monitors changes at file-system level and keeps a
remote disk with the same database that your Exchange has while it's online.

When your Exchange box crashes, it executes a series of tests to confirm wether
it's a network failure or if the "protected" Exchange box is indeed dead. Then,
the "Secondary" machine will set the dead Exchange's IP addresses and names on
itself and start the exchange services.

Once the Dead exchange box is brought back up, you can "reinstate" at some time
and all modified data will be copied back to the crashed machine and the
Secondary box will stand out.

In a matter of 30 seconds you're up and running. Also works with pretty much
any other Messaging, database and web servers available for Windows.

Anyone familiar with any of the Exchange failover/replication products
such as XOsoft WANSyncHA? Anyone care to comment on these approaches to
failover.

Thanks
Byron
